The Balance Fountain resembles a giant bronze bottle with water pushing the stopper out. The water pulsates as it travels down runnels in the texture and wicks under before falling on Mexican beach cobbles. A babbling sound emanates from the 40 gallon powder coated aluminum reservoir.
